My Story
My name is Marissa and I've always been a huge romance novel reader. I love Regency, contemporary and romcoms of all varieties!
However, when I realized there were very few historical romances featuring Black characters, I set out to help fill the shelves. My mission is to bring happily ever afters to all of my ancestors.

In addition to historical romances I write contemporary romance novels, novellas and short stories.

I am lucky enough to have the two best sons, Carter and Camden, and a cutie husband! Hi boys!
